The Monastery” project will be realized over 50 000 sq/m which will contents 3 complexes

The project for building of a resort town called “The Monastery” in Studenec aria near ski resort Pamporovo, was presented by brothers Dinevi, during there opening of the newest holiday village – “The Monastery 3”.
The project will be realized over 50 000 sq/m which will contents 3 complexes. Tow of which are already build and the 3-ed one will contains 330 block of flats, hotel, 10 restaurants, place of resort, night club, piano bar, 2 swimming pools, SPA center, shops, bawling , ski – lockers, parking and so on. There will be indoor connection between the complexes and all modern conveniences and communications.
Building process will star on may 2006 and is expected to be done until December 2007. With this project, Denevi are trying to overturn Studenec un alternative resort of Pamporovo.
